What is characteristic of our coaching interventions is that it reinstates the connections within self. The coach will stay by your side to ensure you come to terms with what you want to come to terms with. It is within such a genuine space that you will be at your best to have that coaching conversation specifically tuned to your individuality and to the uniqueness of your environment.
We typically set a benchmark of four sessions of 120 minutes conversations where respect and making sense becomes palpable.

With 25 years of interventions in the field of leadership development, Marvin is the lead coach. He builds on four schools of global significance.
The most recent study was PCMC (Professional Certified Meta-Coach by Dr. Michael Hall) which put emphasis on creating coachable moments, challenging and confronting, using humour and modelling.
Prior Marvin delved into IFS (Internal Family System - Dr. Richard Schwartz) with the Institue in Canada. Emphasis was on operating from the self, igniting the mind and understanding the internal eco-system.
In Paris, he explored SIY (Search Inside Yourself - Chade-Meng Tan) the mindfulness-base emotional intelligence training
